As a strategic and service designer, I have been supporting organizations and project leaders for over ten years in developing high-impact services.

I started my career in start-ups, then practiced design and innovation agencies in the United States and the United Kingdom, where I collaborated with public sector organisations (police, transport, healthcare), private companies (banks, telecoms), as well as actors in the social and environmental sectors.

Through this experience I have a toolkit of design-led methods, adapting my approach to the specific context, culture, and maturity of each organisation. Design serves as the connective thread, turning ambition into tangible and sustainable value.

I am part of the UK Design Council’s select network of experts and am also co-founder of the international initiative Design Declares, which brings together the design industry around the climate emergency.
