Experience.

Each project follows the same guiding thread: using design to better understand needs and context, align around a realistic vision, and structure action. Here are examples of projects we have worked on.

Strengthening the relationship between the police and citizens through the national digital services platform.

As part of a large transformation program within the UK police services, We conducted field research to define a single digital services platform aligned with the real needs and challenges of both citizens and officers.

We then defined the vision and strategy, developed the service offering for the unified platform, and iteratively co-developed the services and their various features.

The Catalyst Network is a distributed network of organisations working on various Tech for Good and technology ethics challenges.
